Good habits to acquire:

1. Always check if there is any more HCF in the final answer that has not been extracted or if it can be further factorised. Otherwise, it will not be completely factorised.
E.g. Answer: (x+2)(3x+6y) is not completely factorised.
       Correct answer: 3(x+2)(x+2y)

E.g. Answer: (x+2)(a^2-b^2) is not completely factorised.
       Correct answer: (x+2)(a+b)(a-b)

2. Is your expresssion simplified?
E.g. Answer: (x+y)(2a+4b+a) is not simplified.
       Correct answer: (x+y)(3a+4b)
